Peacocks were brought to Jerusalem by King Solomon's fleet. This beautiful jewelry box is designed with a peacock and bird motif with grapevines.
It is a lovely artistic object you will be happy to display in your home or give as a gift.The inside of the box (on the bottom) as well as the outside bottom is covered in soft felt material.
The box is made from wood and hand painted with a brush with acrylic paint. Then several layers of lacquer are applied making it possible to hand wash with water. The box is signed by Emanuel the artist.
