Cat # : JUE18
This lovely hand painted glass hamsa by Jerusalem artist Emanuel is rich with symbolism. The Hamsa (literally "five") is a Middle Eastern symbol for good luck used in amulets, charms and jewelry.
Some people believe it offers protection from the "evil eye". Exotic birds sit amongst pommegranate vines. Notice the richness of color.
The glass hamsas are just beautiful and the photos don't do them justice, when held up to the light the painted glass is breathtaking.
Size: 6 X 4 inches.
