These hand carved dishes are created from olive trees native to Israel and the surrounding area. Each piece will differ due to differences in venation and texture.

Care Instructions: It is recommended to use this dish only with cold or warm food, not extra hot. Initially, wash in warm water and rub utensil in a small amount of olive oil. Thereafter, hand wash with cold water and do not place in the dishwasher, towel dry completely. It is suggested that once a year it be polished with olive or mineral oil to maintain the appearance of the wood.
