This pleasant shaped olive wood cross is made from olive trees from the Bethlehem area. It is better known as the comfort cross because holding the soft wood offers one solace and over time the cross will develop its own natural patina adding hues and richness.
These crosses are environmentally friendly since they are carved from the pruned branches of olive wood trees. All are shaped unevenly in order to fit into your hand comfortably.
